Warehouse Row
Historic Warehouse Row has seen its share of evolution over the years. As a mixed-use development in the 80s, it quickly became a destination shopping center for the Southeast that was part of efforts to revitalize downtown Chattanooga.
Through the “Found Here” campaign, my team and I created a variety of marketing pieces to showcase all the marvelous things that can be found within its walls.

Project Details
-
The goal was to bring a human element to Warehouse Row’s new campaign. Enter the “Found Here” idea. Our team and the client agreed this highly-adaptable concept had legs and could be seen through many successful iterations.
-
First, I worked up a laundry list of “Found Here” ideas ranging from “my favorite lunch spot” to “my new year makeover.” Then it was time to create assets for a full range of mediums. I developed lines that followed this concept for everything from billboards to digital and paid social ads, print ads, and beyond.
-
Through several on-location shoots, I created custom photography that featured the retail shops, coffee house, restaurants, and tenants that occupy Warehouse Row. These images were used in every moving part of this campaign.
-
I also leaned on Warehouse Row’s sporadically-updated (at best) blog to carry this campaign further. Establishing a quarterly/seasonal cadence for posting has become the pulse of this on-going campaign, with all marketing elements aligned around the blog concept for each quarter.
FOUND HERE: Stocking Stuffers for Everyone on Your List.
Just in time for the holidays, I created a blog that highlighted stocking stuffers for different personality types, all of which could all be found at Warehouse Row. The blog also included an interactive quiz that encouraged readers to interact with the content while helping to boost traction. Check out the blog through the link below.
Digital ad placements also aligned with the holiday iteration of the “Found Here” concept using the simple line “Everything on My List.” These ads served to drive additional traffic to the website while boosting overall brand awareness for Warehouse Row.
FOUND HERE: The Makings of a Gentleman
The “Found Here” campaign has seen its share of print iterations, including this ad for the Southern Gentlemen edition of local magazine, City Scope. The idea was to create a stand-out ad featuring a variety of items from retail shop Onward Reserve. My suspicion was that this issue would be teeming with portrait-style images of, well…men. (I was right.) Choosing to speak to the theme in an unexpected way, with a taxonomy-style product photo, certainly paid off here.
